"AN-X Vintage Leads 'BC'" is a sound library for the Yamaha MONTAGE M and MODX M that has been programmed specifically—though not exclusively—for use with breath controllers. The 26 Single Part Performances and 16 Multi Part Performances included in the base version can also be played without a breath controller, making this library suitable for any musician interested in authentic vintage lead sounds.

BASIC VARIANTS

The 26 Single Part Performances that form the core of this sound library share a similar character in some respects. The goal was to provide a wide range of typical vintage lead sounds to serve as a foundation for creating your own sounds. Using Quick Edit and the Assignable Knobs, you can generate and save unique variations in just a few steps—without ever entering Edit Mode. Details regarding the assignments can be found in the Performance lists. You will find a link at the end of the product description to download the corresponding ReadMe PDF file.

BREATH CONTROLLER

Using a breath controller allows for a highly dynamic playing style. Depending on the model, one or more parameters can be controlled simultaneously with individual values. The majority of the Single Part Performances from the base version have been adapted for the following breath controllers:
